Look, we get it—sometimes you order something and then have second thoughts. But here's the deal: every product is custom-made just for you the moment you hit "buy." No mass production, no warehouse full of stuff gathering dust. Just your order, printed fresh.

So here's our policy:

• All sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no "I changed my mind."
• Defective or damaged? That's different. If your item shows up looking like it went through a wood chipper or the print is jacked up, send us photos within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement. We're not monsters.
• Wrong size/color ordered? Double-check your cart before checkout. We can't fix buyer's remorse.

Bottom line: We stand behind our quality, but we can't take back custom-printed gear. Order smart, and we'll deliver awesome.
