Shipping Policy (AKA When Your Stuff Shows Up)
We don't keep a warehouse full of inventory collecting dust. Every product is custom-made just for you when you order it. Here's what that means for shipping:
Processing Time:
- Your order goes into production as soon as you buy it
- Production takes 2-5 business days (we're making it from scratch, not pulling it off a shelf)
- Then it ships out
Shipping Times:
- US Domestic: 4-8 business days after production
- International (Canada, UK, Europe): 10-20 business days after production
Shipping Costs:
- US Orders under $75: $4.95 flat rate
- US Orders $75+: FREE (you're welcome)
- International: $12.95 flat rate
Tracking: You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, because email is weird sometimes).
Lost or Damaged in Transit? Contact us with your tracking info and we'll sort it out. We're not going to leave you hanging.
Bottom line: Good things take a little time. Your custom gear is worth the wait.
